Do owners attend puppy play lab?

Absolutely! We encourage anyone participating in the training of the puppy to attend the play labs! Play labs are about 60 minutes long. During which our trainers will facilitate and manage play groups, training, and have a paw-some time!

Are Vaccinations required?

YES, the first round of DHPP and Bordetella are required to be uploaded to your customer portal before attending PPL. These help build your puppies immune system and also protect against kennel cough & other contagious illnesses. If your puppy is exhibiting any symptoms we kindly ask you keep them home!

Why no refunds for Puppy Play Lab?

We have limited capacity for puppy play labs, so everyone’s attendance is key! When someone cancels last minute, or cannot attend, this affects the balance of the play labs and takes away from someone who would have loved to attend! We appreciate your understanding and advise to be sure you can make the day/time before paying for it!
